From the Ground Up — The Story Behind C&C Cleaning & Pressure Washing.

Corina and Chad are committed to continuous growth and professional development. They have traveled to Georgia and Texas for specialized training in pressure washing chemicals and wood restoration, and they regularly attend seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products.

Their hands-on experience, combined with ongoing education, allows them to provide high-quality, knowledgeable service to both residential and commercial clients.

Corina has a true passion for cleaning and organization. With her detail-oriented mindset, she finds fulfillment in helping others—especially those who may be physically or mentally unable to maintain their space. She particularly enjoys large-scale cleanouts, including hoarding situations, where she can make a meaningful impact. Outside of the business, Corina also serves as the President of the Domestic Violence Task Force in Cass County.

Chad brings a strong work ethic and personable approach to the business. He enjoys the flexibility of being his own boss, meeting new people, and building relationships with clients. His background in pressure washing has been instrumental in growing that side of the business.

Together, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, being on the water, hosting cookouts, and bonding with their team. Their home is also shared with their pets—15 “grand loves,” 2 guinea pigs, and a Great Dane—adding even more joy to their busy lives.

In February 2019, Corina launched the business while cleaning homes on the side, starting with only residential services. In the early days, she operated out of the back of her convertible Mustang—often putting the top down just to fit her vacuum.

As the business grew, they expanded into commercial cleaning. While getting to know the Monticello area, they noticed a need for exterior cleaning services. With Chad’s prior experience in pressure washing from his time at Andersons, they decided to add pressure washing to their services. Within a year, the demand grew significantly, and by the second summer, Chad joined the business full-time. They have been working side-by-side ever since.

Corina and Chad have been together for 12 years and will celebrate 10 years of marriage this July. Their journey is built on commitment, hard work, and a shared passion for serving others. After relocating from Logansport to Monticello, they were drawn to the peaceful, country lifestyle and the opportunity to raise their family near the water—something that remains a big part of their lives today.
